As we need to be able to start as soon as possible on Monday morning and also plan to participate in the tour booked for 8.00 am, we do need to arrive on Sunday evening. We wish to maximise out time on this trip and believe this is in the best interests of the conference. We will take care of our accommodation for the extra night. Interplan will cover these additional hotel costs.
