K.I.T. Group has been appointed as the official and exclusive housing agent for the EAACI Congress 2019. Your hotel reservations will be part of the congress block and K.I.T. Group will be available to provide support before the congress as well as onsite. EAACI strongly recommends delegates to book via the K.I.T. Group, as we are aware of fraudulent groups acting as housing agents that claim to be associated with the congress. Regretfully, we cannot offer any support with any bookings made via these fraudulent companies.
Hotels in Lisbon
A number of hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the congress. Rates include breakfast, local VAT and current city tax. The hotels are located both near the congress venue and in the city centre with convenient and fast routes to the congress venue.
Room availability is guaranteed by the Congress Secretariat until 15 March 2019.

Group Bookings
Please note that group reservations of 10 rooms or more, will be handled with separate contracts and separate regulations. Please contact eaaci2019hotels@eaaci.org for further information.
Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel Reservation
Delegates have the possibility to decide on the type of payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) until 1 March 2019.
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, a payment order will be sent out by e-mail to the requesting delegate. A bank transfer for the entire due accommodation amount (free of any bank fees) can be made by this date.
When using a credit card, K.I.T. Group will charge a deposit of 35 EUR per room upon placing the booking. On 1 March 2019, K.I.T. Group will charge the remaining balance due for the hotel booking to all credit cards.
After 1 March 2019 only credit card payments are accepted.
Should K.I.T. Group not receive payment on time or not be able to debit the provided credit card on 1 March 2019, the hotel reservation will be cancelled in line with the cancellation conditions.
Confirmation and Invoice
Confirmation of the hotel booking will be sent out upon receipt of the housing request and full credit card details or payment of the full accommodation value by bank transfer. The accommodation invoice will be sent out automatically to each delegate in the beginning of March 2019.
Payment

Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly.
For cancellations received between 1 March 2019 and 15 March 2019, 50% of the total hotel booking amount will be charged by K.I.T. Group.
For cancellations received after 15 March 2019, no refunds will be possible. After this date, the full value of the reservation indicated on the hotel reservation form will be charged.
