Terms of Cancellation
Cancellation of registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 21 February 2019, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 21 February 2019. A grace period of 14 days after the registration day is applicable for participants who have to withdraw their attendance.
Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
