The registration desk will be located in the entrance area at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL). For any questions, please contact events@eaaci.org.
Terms of Cancellation
Cancellation of registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 5 October 2017, up to which date the total amount will be refunded, minus a EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 5 October 2017.
Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague for a small administrative fee of EUR 20.00.
