Terms of Cancellation
Cancellation of registration: Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to EAACI. Cancellations will be accepted until 23 February 2017, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 50.00 cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 23 February 2017.
Changes of Registration and Names
Should you be prevented from attending, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged.
