I became interested in Allergy and Clinical Immunology during the School of Medicine at the University of Turin. I graduated in October 2011 defending my MD thesis on “Food anaphylaxis: an epidemiologic study”. In 2012 I was admitted in the Postgraduate Training Program in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the University of Turin.
My clinical and research activity concerns: urticaria-angioedema syndrome, hereditary angioedema, cutaneous and systemic mastocytosis, drug allergy, food allergy, insect sting allergies, rhinitis, asthma, hypereosinophilic syndromes, rare diseases (e.g.: Gleich’s Syndrome, IgG4-Related Diseases), primary immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases (e.g.: ANCA associated Vasculitis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Sjogren’s Syndrome). My pratical skills include immunotherapy for insect stings allergies and aeroallergens, oral challenge test to drugs and food, drug desensitization, immunosuppressive/immunomodulating therapies, replacement therapy in primary immunodeficiency.
At the moment I am attending my last year of the Postgraduate Training Program in Allergy and Clinical Immunology in Turin, in the group of Professor Giovanni Rolla.
